One-time implementation and transition: AUD 90,000 on the 3-year agreement, fully waived on the 5-year agreement. Implementation focuses on validation and enrichment of existing records, additional sites, organisation structure, dealer, operator and asset data, VP Hub activation, onboarding and offboarding processes, training, and initial agreed Orchestrator configuration.
Annual licence fees are indexed by 5% on each contract anniversary.
Indexation is not applied to the headline annual recurring or monthly figures shown above. Base contract value is stated before annual indexation.
Vertex Advisor is included for normal enterprise use under a fair-use model. Exceptional usage that would create material third-party AI processing cost will be discussed with Metro before any additional charge is incurred.

- • Metro may add Platform, Core or Orchestrator coverage during the agreement at contracted unit rates.
- • Additional licences are reflected in the next applicable monthly invoice, including the applicable pro-rata amount from activation.
- • Core remains subject to a minimum of 300 sites.
- • If the active Core count falls below 300, the 300-site minimum remains payable.
- • Licensed quantities may be reviewed annually with at least 60 days written notice.
- • Reductions cannot reduce Core below 300 sites, or Orchestrator below the sites actively covered by configured workflows.
- • Oracle Petroleum integration development is separately scoped. Initial integration discovery is included at no charge.
- • Third-party training content is excluded, while the VP Training/LMS platform capability is included.
